deposits. No state bank shall
purchase the stock of any other
corporation except such as it may necessarily

its own stock upon obtai
ning written approval
from the Colorado Division of Banking, and the affirmative vote of shareholders owning two-thirds
of the bank’s capital stock. The repurchase of
such stock shall be in accordance with Section 7-
106-302, C.R.S. This Rule shall not apply to
any investment made by a bank acting as a
fiduciary pursuant to the authority of Section 11-
106-102, C.R.S., nor shall it apply to investments
made pursuant to the authority of Sections
11-105-304(2), 11-105-304(9)(a), or 11-105-501,
C.R.S.
